Hi Guys,

After minifying the close button on fancy boxes have dissappeared.  Do you know why.  We deploy today!

Here's the relavant part of the script:

<ItemGroup>
      <CssFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Content/css/styles.css" />
      <CssFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Content/css/mcfcStyle.css" />
      <CssFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Content/js/fancybox/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.css"/>
      <JavaScriptFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Scripts/jquery-1.6.4.min.js">
        <CompressionType>None</CompressionType>
      </JavaScriptFiles >
      <JavaScriptFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Scripts/jquery.cycle.all.latest.min.js">
        <CompressionType>None</CompressionType>
      </JavaScriptFiles >
      <JavaScriptFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Scripts/jquery.countdown.min.js">
        <CompressionType>None</CompressionType>
      </JavaScriptFiles >
      <JavaScriptFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Scripts/jquery.carouFredSel-5.5.0-packed.js"/>
      <JavaScriptFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Scripts/jquery.tipsy.js"/>
      <JavaScriptFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Scripts/script.js"/>
      <JavaScriptFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Content/js/fancybox/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.pack.js"/>
    </ItemGroup>

Thanks,

Sachin

Hello,

The best way to help us to help you is to supply a self contained, minimal example of the problem you are having - you have a load of files you are including, and we have no idea what your web pages look like.

Having said that, this line, if you are following a specific convention, seems incorrect:

    <CssFiles Include="../src/UserInterface/Content/js/fancybox/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.css"/>

All your other css files come from ../Contents/css, not ../Contents/js, so is it simply an incorrect path?

Also, you could try adding the <CompressionType>None</CompressionType> tags to the fancy box includes (They work for css as well as js) to include uncompressed files and see if you still have a problem. The .pack files are compressed already so you should probably apply this tag to the .js file anyway (and for carouFredSel too I suspect.

If you still have a problem when the css and js files are not compressed then the problem is not with the compressor.

hope this helps
