Add support for InvariantCulture to the CompressorTask via ThreadCulture parameter

description

Currently, the ThreadCulture parameter allows one to define the culture that the thread should use, however, it does not support InvariantCulture because the identifier for InvariantCulture is an empty string and hence the ThreadCulture parameter is optional, putting the attribute there with an empty string causes the same effect as not having the parameter at all.

My suggestion is to define a specific value (or a set of possible values) to tell the CompressorTask that the InvariantCulture should be used.

Something like this:

<Target Name="MyTaskTarget">
<CompressorTask
    ThreadCulture="iv"
    />
</Target>

Or maybe this:

<Target Name="MyTaskTarget">
<CompressorTask
    ThreadCulture="InvariantCulture"
    />
</Target>

Or both :).
