I also use in the Combinator module for the Orchard CMS (http://combinator.codeplex.com/).
Beware, there are breaking changes, the compressor classes have changed. Nothing tragic though: instead of
var compressed = CssCompressor.Compress(css)&#59; write
var compressed = new CssCompressor().Compress(css)&#59;

Everything works, both the solution, and the program itself. so you can start immediately.

I also like the architecture/program structure. The code is well written which makes it easy to read and see what happens. The finishing touch is a nice postbuild script... which just works! :)

I highly reccomend evaluating YUICompressor.Net for use in all ASP.NET web development projects. It's an excellent alternative to other third party utilities and built-in functionality in the MS Ajax JavaScript library.
