yui on command line

Aug 19, 2014 at 9:02 AM

i use the following code in command line from my published directory and it works fine
java -jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\yuicompressor-2.4.7\build\yuicompressor-2.4.7.jar" -o '.js$:-min.js' *.js

but when i give it in a post build event in VS 2012 it throws out error
java.io.FileNotFoundException: *.js (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)

not sure what the issue is or where to debug.

This is the .NET port of the yui compressor - it looks like you are trying to use the java one? So you need to report your problem to them :)
